By engaging with Prime Pages—whether through this website, an estimate, or a signed proposal—you agree to the practices outlined below. We keep the partnership flexible while protecting everyone’s expectations.
Services follow the written estimate
Each project has a scope that outlines deliverables, approvals, and timelines. Any changes absorbed after delivery require a written change order and may incur additional fees.
Bits we need from you
To keep timelines, we ask that you share brand assets, content, and approvals promptly. Missed deadlines may shift launch dates but we will communicate adjustments.
Transparent billing
Deposits are due upfront; remaining balances are invoiced per milestone. We accept ACH, UPI, or major cards through our payment partner. Late payments may pause work until the account is current.
Need a different payment currency? Let us know before work begins so we can align expectations.
Careful and collaborative
Each deliverable includes a revision window. Additional rounds beyond what’s listed in the proposal will be estimated separately so we can keep launches on track.
What you own
Once invoices are settled, you own the final assets we deliver. Prime Pages reuses templates and open components but we never sell your bespoke content.
Disclaimers & liability
Prime Pages delivers professional services but cannot guarantee specific search rankings or revenue gains. We disclaim liability for issues caused by third-party platforms or integrations. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service, unless prohibited by law.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms occasionally. The version posted on this page is the current agreement. Substantial changes will be communicated via email or the site, and continued use after notice constitutes acceptance.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes will first go through informal good-faith discussions; if that fails, both parties consent to mediation in the nearest metropolitan area.
